school is going to end in 2 weeks and then we'll have final exams!
im studying so hard right now for 2 days, and my head hurts like hell.
i wonder how people manage to study hard continuously..
this is probably the most hectic period of my semester.
list of things to do
1. singing competition this friday (omg yes i know i havent practised!)
2. table tennis competition this weekend (sat and sun)
3. biology lab final exams next tuesday (tons of animal parts)
4. chemistry research paper
5. dental appointment
6. all other final exams
and some other unsettled business.
GROWL!!!
well, even among all this stress, some of u should know i like to do crazy stuffs to escape from all these. After working at mcdonald's before O levels and buying an ipod on the night before final exams the other time... this time, I BAKED COOKIES!

they turned out surprisingly tasty! hahaha although we cheated and used pre-mix dough.. we'll learn how to do it from scratch next time =)
and and and.... i cooked chao mi fen!
now that i'm improving a little.. im not so scared of cooking anymore! hehehe
i've been going to Kbox-ing alot lately, 'cos the happy hour here is so cheap.
like 10 bux for 5 hours (3pm-8pm) or 15 bux for 6 hours (9pm - 3am)!
i had an intense karaoke session last weekend to look for songs that we're going to use in the competition..well when we got bored of singing,
the tai-mei styles!
seriously.. we got too sick of singing.
anyway anyway!!!!!
I DISSECTED A HUMONGOUS RAT YESTERDAY! for the first time..
i was surprised that i didnt cry/puke/faint/scream when i cut up the rat.. maybe i can try out med school/veterinary afterall..
other than hearing the cracking of bones (which sent a little shiver down my spine), the process was pretty... fun?
hmmmmm.
after much "debate" on my tagboard.. i hereby announce.. that i still think i am cute.
omigosh. SO SILENT. i'm at McIntyre medicine building waiting for fellow J to complete his psychology midterm while i study for my chemistry midterm which is tomorrow!
but its too quiet now that all the students have gone in for the exams.
it's just an excuse for me to blog.
after MIA-ing for only 13 days which is actually nearly half a month, im here to update u peeps about my life in a nutshell. the nutshell has to be pretty big though.. i.e lots have happened.
one of the highlights - Halloweeeeeeen night!
i LOVE the halloween spirit here! to see people actually putting in the effort to make/rent/buy costumes.. making the streets more colourful and live-lier, its just so fun. I actually dressed up for the first time in the whole life~ (picture later la, patience people..) but geeeesh, we couldnt get into any club cos it was a CRAZY party night, so we ended up going to my friend's place to celebrate and see some people getting drunk. heh heh! I was so sober.
my costume was a native indian warrior, nicole - kandykorn witch, james - vampire (a good looking one! LOL), ali - captain hook and zee - samurai!
yeah, our group didnt share a similar theme, it was a mixture of everything nice!

the other highlight in this 13 days...
let me narrate in a form of a little story,
on one fine day...
there were 2 nuts - nut B and nut G, (well my blog started out with a nutshell, guess where the nuts ran to??)
both nuts decided to break out of their nutshells on the 4th of this month, to be special. yeah, they were special nuts.
anyway, back to reality, (u got my drift la, ya?!)
nut G thought she had surprises and the day planned out on this day - make a little nutty surprise card and watch the movie - Nutcracker (a.k.a HSM3 in the real world), nut G thought nut B was going for a nut gathering - C4C...
but what happened was nut G had a stomache (she wasnt faking it!), and she got rid of Nut B, telling him that they will meet up later for the movie... so she supposedly had 2 hours to prepare the nutty present.. 6 to 8pm.. while she made nut B think that she was lying in bed sick.
and then... WTH!!!
at around 6.15pm when nut G has taken out all the stuffs to start making the things... she heard someone playing the guitar outside her door...."which of my housemates plays the guitar?!!?!?!" so she chose to ignore and concentrate on making her nutty present.. knock knock. someone's knocking on her door! nut G panicked - WHO?!
and there outside the door.. nut B was squatting down and playing the guitar to the song - 分享. its been soooo sooo long since nut G has heard this song, brings back so much memories (especially from RV), and nut B actually knows it!
nut B also made a nut-tier, crown-ier present!
nut G's feeling of overwhelm-edness is indescribable.
sometimes I suspect that nut B is full of sugar and cholesterol (i.e FATS), that he will give anyone diabetes.
in the end, nut G made her nutty present while nut B waited in the living room... nut G overshot the time and both of them ended up not going for the show.
OKAY!
at the end of this nuts story, who understood the moral of the story? raise up your hands! heh!
the moral of the story... it was the happiest one month i've ever had =)
i think only 1 person will understand what i wrote. -_-
