=X i promised to blog abt the events before i left singapore, but i'll do that later at night =) (which is morning in singapore)
yesterday evening, we went to bayfront park which is by the LAKE ONTARIO (bigger than singapore) for a picnic!! thanks to our super nice mentors, we were invited to this malaysians plus singaporeans outing.
digress a bit, before the picnic, me and tessa went to watch a piratesofcarribean before the picnic!! LOL we are both so ON, such that we watch movies within 2 days of arrival here. LOL most of them havent even step into the cinema after being here for months, and on the same day we visited the park and used the public bus!!!!
p.s btw, shrek 3 is already out here, and there are lots of movies i want to catch here that are not showing in sg! =X (the tickets are CN$6.45, ouch)
okay, we had to borrow 2 bus pass from the seniors to take the public bus otherwise we had to pay CN$2.30 for any trip to any where. the bus even has timings! must check online one. here are some pics we took on the bus,
the bus is pretty big, there's space for 3 prams? and a wheelchair? lots of ppl here are on wheelchair, cos they are... too bulky to move around on their own. =X btw, their wheelchairs are AUTOMATED okay! next time i shall take a pic of them =D
there was a carnival when we reached the park, though we werent planning to visit it.
so we ate and talked, but i didnt realli get to know all of them, just the girls and a few guys. what do u expect! i'm so antisocial +( hahah crap. there were some communication barrier but it'll be fine after we go school =DD can't wait man!!! tmr! but tmr is orientation, i heard that the orientation here is BORING. talks and boring games. zz.
we walked like around part of the park and we set off for our hostels. but we stopped by tea hut for an hour to drink bubble tea and talked. not bad, retarded games like "bang bang who died", "black magic" etc helped to melt the ice, cos apparently it's.. mind boggling.

we reached our hostels at 11.30pm!! LOL and the guys were gentlemen enough to send us back =D they also set up the picnic and cleared the table. hahah
okay, im going to eat BRUNCH now!!!! and shopping at WALMART which is on the MOUNTAIN!

hehe. btw, it's like afternoon here at 8pm lar!! so my time is still a bit screw up. it's night only at 9pm. =(

I'm safely in Canada NOWW. GOsh. the flight was horrendously long and tiring. But im damn awake now cause im reading letters from my fweeeens.

actually the hostel is pretty quiet cos it's still holiday here. well, my room looks neat right now. for now.
BTW, i ate chinese food just now, my my, the food are served in DAMN LARGE portions.
